Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Last updated: 2026-11-04
Introduction
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our service.
Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information to provide and improve our service:
- Account Information — Your email address and any optional profile details you provide. We use a one-time email code to sign you in; no password is required.
- Usage Data — Information about how you interact with the service, including features accessed, frequency of use, and interaction patterns.
- Device Information — Device type, operating system, and browser type, used to optimize compatibility and performance.
- Cookies — Small data files stored on your device to remember preferences and improve your experience.
- Creation Data — Photos and text you submit, your template choices, request and credit records, generated files, and notification status.
The video creator does not collect payment card details. When checkout is available, payment details are entered with the payment provider. We keep the order and credit records needed to manage your balance.
How We Use Your Information
We use the data we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the service.
- Process transactions and send related confirmations.
- Send technical notices, security alerts, and support messages.
- Respond to your questions, feedback, and support requests.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud and abuse.
Cookies and Optional Analytics
Essential cookies and browser storage keep you signed in and remember your creator choices. When Google Analytics is configured, it loads only after you choose Allow analytics. Choosing Essential only leaves analytics off and does not prevent you from using the service.
With your permission, Google receives page-view and device information for public pages. We exclude account and creation pages, URL query strings and fragments, uploaded content, filenames and email addresses from the analytics events we send. We do not enable advertising personalization or Google signals. Google Analytics uses its own cookie identifiers; this is not anonymous browsing.
Your choice is stored on this device for up to 180 days; analytics cookies last up to 28 days. Use Cookie preferences at the bottom of a public page to change your choice. Declining after opting in removes our analytics cookies and reloads the page to stop analytics; your sign-in and creator drafts are kept. This does not remove data already received by Google. Browser privacy tools may also block analytics.
Photos, Generated Files and Browser Recovery
Photo uploads and generated videos use private storage. Account access is required to view or download them. When you submit a generation, the service provider receives the inputs needed to create your video. Some models also require reference assets to be uploaded for review before generation. Provider processing and retention are separate from our own file expiry periods.
Input photos expire from access after 24 hours, and saved output videos expire after 7 days from asset creation. Expired objects are eligible for scheduled deletion; expiry is not a promise of instant physical erasure. Request records, credit records and support messages have a different purpose and are not removed by file expiry. Contact support with a deletion request.
Before sign-in, selected photos stay on your device. When you continue to sign in, a temporary browser copy keeps those photos for up to 30 minutes so you can resume. It is removed after successful private upload; expired handoffs are cleaned when accessed. After sign-in, the creator stores private asset IDs, template choices and the original submission ID for recovery, rather than permanent photo or base64 copies. Account recovery data is separated by account and template. On a shared device, sign out and clear site data after use. Clearing browser data does not delete files or records held by the service.
Completion messages use the email address on your account. Notification acceptance by an email service does not guarantee delivery to your inbox; available videos remain in My creations.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in these limited cases:
- With the model, storage and notification providers needed to process your requests.
- To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
- To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users.
Data Security
Private files use account ownership checks and expiring links for provider access. Hosted access uses HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; avoid uploading information unnecessary for a creation.
Your Rights
You can update available account details in settings and download unexpired videos from My creations. For access, export or deletion requests that are not available in settings, contact the support inbox. Applicable rights depend on your location.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
