By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

Viral AI Videos is a photo-to-video service built around video effects. Each effect describes its required photos, output settings and credit cost. Illustrations are labeled separately from video examples. AI output may differ from a reference and may contain mistakes.

Use photos of yourself, your pets, or people who have agreed to appear. You must own or have permission to use the images, video and audio you supply. Do not upload celebrities, public figures, or other people without their permission, and do not misrepresent anyone's involvement.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Payment and Billing

Credit packs are one-time purchases, with no subscription or automatic renewal. When purchasing is available, the pack price and number of credits are shown before checkout.

Each video’s credit cost is shown before you submit. Buying credits does not start a video: you must confirm generation separately. We check your account balance before accepting a new creation. Retrying a download or completion email does not create another video or spend more credits.

If a submission’s status is uncertain, check the existing creation before starting another one. For a billing question, an unrecognized charge or a refund request, contact support with the order or creation ID. A particular AI result is not guaranteed.

Availability of Files

Uploaded photos are accessible for up to 24 hours. Saved output videos are accessible for up to 7 days after the output asset is created. Download your videos within that window. Expired files cannot be retrieved through the service. A delayed or failed notification does not prevent you from retrieving an available video in My creations.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. To request account closure, contact the support inbox.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
